| Up-flo filters are a more modern stormwater treatment device. The up-flo is located at the end of the drainage network intercepts all solids and other contaminants before they enter our rivers and streams. |

| Maintenance requirements: |
- One full service per annum.
Scope of work:
- Set-up, test gases and assess hazards;
- Dewater the unit using vacuum truck;
- Remove all the bags and green mathala;
- Remove drain-down;
- Wash the unit down;
- Replace with clean bags and clean green mathala;

- Replace new drain-down on the outlet module;
- Replace all lids and catches;
- Clean site and sign out;
- Send in report to the consent holder.

Unit is dewatered and sludge is removed from the sump by vacuum truck. The volume of sludge is recorded in a service report. |

All the dirty bags are removed along with the green mathala. These are taken off site and we clean them and attempt to recycle as many as we can. |
